Our aim is to create and maintain a warm and nurturing learning environment. One of the many challenges four-year-olds face is the transition from being taken care of to realizing they can do more for themselves. Parent's and teacher's guidance helps each child build the necessary foundation to be his/her best self. We encourage sharing, cooperating, hugging, and talking, to develop self-control and self-esteem. Verbal communication is learned by expressing feelings, needs, and wants.
As we know, children are wonderfully inquisitive. We nourish curiosity and offer encouragement to discover new answers. Each child develops talents and abilities through play with peers and teachers. Individual rates of progress are encouraged because process is more important than the product.
